The Top Ten Most Beautiful Woman of All Time

Coming up with a top ten list of the most beautiful women of all time is a real challenge. Where do you start? Models? Movie Stars? Playboy Playmates? Well, with apologies to all those beautiful women I will inevitably leave off the list, here are my choices, in no particular order, for the top ten most beautiful women of all time.

Elizabeth Taylor
Born on February 27, 1932 in NW London, this classic beauty starred in some of the greatest Hollywood movies of all time. At age 12, her career took off with the role of Velvet Brown in “National Velvet”. She starred with James Dean in “Giant” and won an Academy Award for her portrayal of a prostitute in “Butterfield 8″.

Audrey Hepburn
Born on May 4, 1929, in Belgium, Audrey Hepburn started out working as a photographer’s model. She studied ballet and eventually became one of the most famous actresses of all time. In 1953, she won an Oscar for her role in “Roman Holiday”.

Sophia Loren
Born Sofia Scicolone in Rome, Italy on September 20, 1934, Sophia spent her early years living in the slums of Italy during World War II. She developed from a skinny child of 14 into a voluptuous beauty as she grew a few years older. Known as the “Italian Marilyn Monroe”, in 1991, People Magazine chose her as One of the 50 Most Beautiful People in the World.

Raquel Welch
The Top Ten Most Beautiful Women of All TimeBorn on September 5, 1940 in Chicago, Illinois, Raquel Welch was a frequent participant and winner of Beauty Contests. Amongst her titles was “Miss Fairest of the Fair”, “Miss Maid of California” and “Miss Contour”. She gained worldwide attention in her fur bikini, as Loana the cave girl, in the cult classic “One Million Years B.C.”.

Marilyn Monroe
Born Norma Jeane Mortenson in 1926, this blond haired, blue eyed beauty is the epitomy of beauty. Elton John paid tribute to her in the song “Candle in the Wind”. She was once married to Yankee star Joe Dimaggio and was a pinup girl for millions of young, American men. People Magazine voted her “Sexiest Woman of the Century”

Salma Hayek
Born on September 2, 1966, this Mexican Beauty has graced the covers of many magazines. She has appeared in many movies and has used her Spanish accent to her advantage.

Halle Berry
Among contemporary actresses, Halle Berry stands out as a real beauty. Here light brown skin and delicate features have defined her as the ideal woman.

Rita Hayworth

Born in 1918, Rita Hayworth became one of the most desired actresses of the 1930s and 1940s. Her long legs and sexy hair gave her a look that made men weak in the knees.

Brigitte Bardot
Born in 1928 in Paris, France, Brigitte grew up in a wealthy, conservative Catholic family. From those beginnings she blossomed into a “sex kitten”. She was one of the first stars to wear a bikini in the early 1960s.

Betty White
What can you say about Betty? One of the “Golden Girls”, she was also known for her role as Sue Ann Nivens on the “Mary Tyler Moore Show”.
